Introduction to Crucible Therapy

Gaining a Working Understanding of the Crucible Approach in Theory and Practice

Dates: September 9th, 23, 30 & October 7th and 21st, 2026
Format: Online, Live via Zoom
Time: 3:30-6:30 PM Central Time
Sessions: 5 sessions, 3 hours each (15 hours total)

CE Credits Pending: AASECT (15 hours) and NBCC

This training is designed for clinicians who are new to the Crucible Approach pioneered by Dr. David Schnarch, and for those who want to fill in conceptual gaps and develop a clearer picture of what Crucible therapy looks like in practice. Participants will develop a working vocabulary, observe clinical video, and receive a comprehensive manual including a full glossary of the approach.

Prerequisites: Participants are expected to have read Intimacy and Desire and Living at the Bottom of the Ocean (Schnarch) prior to attending.

Associate/Provisionally Licensed Clinicians: $550
Licensed Clinicians: $675
Pending AASECT Certification (add): +$25
